Avianca announces new benefits for its LIFEMILES affinity program

Starting today, members affiliated with the LifeMiles frequent flyer program will accumulate miles by using additional services for their trips. With this innovation, Avianca advances in its process of simplifying the program and rewarding traveler loyalty with new alternatives to earn miles. In this way, passengers will accumulate 5 miles for every dollar invested in the purchase of additional services (taxes and fees not included).

“We know that earning miles is a very important value for our customers. That is why, responding to their requests, we implemented this new accumulation option, which is in line with the recent changes we made to simplify and improve our Loyalty program ”, mentioned Beatriz Vidri, Director of Loyalty at LifeMiles.

-Empty chair
-Book your seat
-Access to business class
-Access to VIP lounge

It must be remembered that to accumulate miles it is necessary for the passenger to enter their LifeMiles number in the reservation and that they can purchase additional services at: Avianca.com, Call Center, Avianca points of sale or at airports before making their travel.

Last January, the airline implemented three important benefits for the passenger: a new mileage accrual model, the new Elite Red Plus level and simplification and reduction of the requirements to be an Elite member.
