The Peruvian President has sworn in to the new Ministerial Cabinet. Roberto Helbert Sánchez Palomino will now be in charge of the Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism. The official has 10 years of experience in the field of intergovernmental management in policies, programs and projects of regional, provincial and central governments (PCM, MINSA, CONCYTEC, UNDP, EU, Contravalor Funds, local governments and governments, universities ).
He has command of local policies and administrative and logistical financial systems (SIAF / SIGA), of the cycle of investment projects and contractual execution (management of public services) with nomination for good governmental practices in regional and local governments. It also has competencies achieved on the basis of experience as a civil servant and servant; and in responsibilities of economic and social development, public contracting.
