Amadeus announces agreement with Marriott International to implement cloud-based CRS solution

The integration will replace the hotel chain's own reservation system and expand its commercial capabilities

Amadeus today announces an agreement with Marriott International to implement the Amadeus Central Reservations System (ACRS) to modernize Marriott's reservation infrastructure, in the coming years. The ACRS integration will ultimately replace Marriott's proprietary reservation system and expand its business capabilities, including allowing travelers to personalize their travels, providing greater flexibility in choosing the attributes of guest rooms. guests and purchase products, such as spa and golf, when booking a stay.
