As for Central and South America, the strengthening occurred since the beginning of this month with the arrival in Cancun of flights from Flores, Guatemala with TAG Airlines and from San José, Costa Rica with Avianca; in addition to the new Aeroméxico route from Sao Paulo, Brazil that begins this December 15.

American Airlines will also arrive, from Philadelphia, in the same way by season, from December 18 to March 26, 2022 with a weekly frequency on Saturdays; While United Airlines will operate from Los Angeles from December 18 to January 2, 2022 on Saturdays and Sundays. An increase in frequencies from Dallas, Texas and Toronto, Canada is also scheduled.
