Universal Assistance appoints new Country Manager for Colombia

Universal Assistance, the travel assistance company with international support, appointed Luz Doris Bustamante Álvarez as the new Country Manager for Colombia, who began her work this February. This appointment is part of a strategic plan of the company to strengthen its work team in the national market and reinforce its commercial actions during this year.

Luz Doris Bustamante is an Economist, graduated from the University of Medellín and has an MBA from the ESDEN Business School (Madrid). During the last 20 years, she has led the development of corporate business in prominent multinational insurance companies in Colombia, such as MetLife, Ace, Liberty and Allianz, where she achieved significant growth in all the operations in which she has worked.
