Meliá Hotels International is positioned as one of the 25 companies with the best corporate reputation in Spain and is, once again, the leader in its sector in the MERCO Companies ranking. The company led by Gabriel Escarrer, who has also improved its position and is positioned as the first in its sector in the leading MERCO ranking, once again accredits its brand strength and reputation with the recognition of its various Stakeholders.
Meliá Hotels International has achieved 25th place in the ranking of the 100 companies with the best reputation - improving 10 positions - thanks to the positive assessment of the group's internationalization, its financial strength, the positioning of its brands and the quality of its product, in addition to , also thanks to the digital and ESG leadership that the company maintains and that endorse the different awards it has received. It should be noted that, currently, Meliá Hotels International is the second most sustainable hotel company in the world - first in Spain and Europe - according to the Corporate Sustainability Assessment of S&P Global 2022.
