Cinthia Douglas leads the team that plans and executes the company's strategy for the region
Disney Destinations has appointed Cinthia Douglas as Director of Sales and Marketing for Latin America. In this role, she leads the team that plans and executes the company's strategy for the region. Douglas's team promotes Disney vacation destinations located in North America, including Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California and Disney Cruise Line.
Douglas brings more than a decade of Disney experience to his new role. She joined the company as Marketing Strategy Manager in 2012 and was promoted in 2018 to lead the Travel Industry Sales and Marketing team for Latin America. Prior to joining Disney, Douglas worked for the Marriott Vacation Club in Orlando and an advertising agency in South Carolina.

Douglas was born in San José de Campos, São Paulo, Brazil. He earned two bachelor's degrees from the University of Central Florida, one in Advertising/Public Relations and one in Psychology. She also earned her MBA from Florida's Stetson University and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University in New York.
