Sofitel Wine Days, where wine is the protagonist

Sofitel, the luxury brand of the Accor hotel group, presents Sofitel Wine Days, 2022 edition, a program that will include various activities at the hotel located on Posadas street.

Sofitel Wine Days are celebrated globally with different proposals, open to guests and the general public, where wine is the protagonist. “This is a tribute to the art of winemaking and a celebration of the French art de vivre. The Sofitel Wine Days festivities will take place at the end of September and October, during the traditional wine harvest period in France”, says Alain D’addio, general manager of Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta.

Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta kicked off this celebration on Wednesday, September 7 at an exclusive Garden Party, where guests were able to enjoy music with the original concept of Silent DJ while tasting a cocktail specially designed for the event accompanied by Baron B. Also An Art experience was lived: the guests could intervene bottles of wine with the colorful PoSca fibers.

Next, two experiences will be offered for the general public to enjoy: “La Mesa del Vino”, a selection of wines by the glass that will be available in the intimacy of the hotel's La Bibliothéque. They will be premium labels such as Marcelo Pelleriti Signature Malbec Natural, Luigi Bosca de Sangre Cabernet Franc, among others.

On the other hand, you can enjoy three Pop Up dinners, special dinners that will feature renowned guest chefs and wineries and will take place in the spectacular and recently remodeled hotel restaurant, during September and October.

POP UP Dinners- Agenda:
Friday September 30, the guest was the renowned chef Narda Lepes, director of EAE (School of Gastronomic Art). Currently, she runs Narda Comedor (Latin American 50 Best) and Comedor Diario. She is a member of ACELGA (Association of Cooks and Entrepreneurs Linked to Argentine Gastronomy) and since 2013 she, together with Ernesto Lanusse, has been in charge of the organization and content management of the Masticar Fair.

On Friday, October 14, they will have the participation of Juan Ventureyra, a benchmark in Mendoza gastronomy, who bases his cuisine on vegetables from his own garden, leading the “Farm to table” concept at the Riccitelli Bistro restaurant.

And, on Friday, October 28, diners will be able to delight in the dishes prepared by chef Lisandro Ciarlotti, who has an outstanding restaurant and café in and around Mar del Plata. Lisandro has earned recognition in the world for his sea and mountain cuisine, both by Mar del Plata residents and by tourists.
