Leah Chandler, Chief Marketing Officer, and José Arana, MICE Marketing Director, represented Discover Puerto Rico at this important event. This is the world's leading association promoting LGBTQ+ travel and a proud affiliate member of the United Nations World Tourism Organization. IGLTA's mission is to provide information and resources for LGBTQ+ travelers and to expand LGBTQ+ tourism globally by demonstrating its significant social and economic impact. IGLTA membership includes LGBTQ+ friendly accommodations, destinations, service providers, travel agents, tour operators, events and travel media in 80 countries.
In Milan, Discover Puerto Rico shared a presentation as part of the content program and also hosted the closing reception. IGLTA's 2023 Annual Conference will take place in San Juan from September 20-23.
