The technology company, an expert in management software for travel agencies for 39 years, this week presented version 11.12 of VStour/Cloud. It is an evolution of the system with notable improvements that will allow the commercial operation of travel agencies to be optimized.
Among the main innovations is the new option for managing groups or joint departures from the same list of files. “With this innovation we are providing a highly demanded solution today. This alternative to facilitate operations with groups will be very well received by our users”, said Gustavo Valentín, CEO of VStour.
On the other hand, it was also reported that this latest version of VStour/Cloud comes with the new option to send the current account by email, speeding up the communication of the operation carried out.
At the same time, among the updates is also included -as a result of the new tax changes in the Argentine Republic- the implementation of General Resolution 5272. For this, the system was adapted including the 25% provided within the calculation of the perceptions already existing.
In addition to the various specific operational innovations for system users, it was announced that in addition to Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, Chile was added to the list of countries available for use of the system.
On the other hand, from VStour they reported that users have the VStour Support Center, which they can access from the website through a username and password to: videos, documents, frequently asked questions, version news, courses and webinars.
Likewise, with regard to training, they announced for this month the realization of an online course, which will last up to two hours a day for four days. The course will take place between Monday, November 7 and Thursday, November 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
