Three Ecuadorian restaurants among the 100 best in Latin America

The national gastronomy is unique and several of its representatives were recognized in Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants, which revealed its 51-100 list of the best restaurants in the region.

The Casa Julián and Mikka restaurants in Guayaquil, and Quitu in the capital, were included in the regional list, which each year recognizes the best restaurants around the world. The list of the other 50 best Latin American restaurants in the world is scheduled to be revealed on November 15.

To the delight of the national gastronomy, chef Alejandro Huerta, from the 3500 restaurant, participated in the World Tapas Championship in Valladolid - Spain, where he presented his creation "Mestizo", made with national products from the various regions of the country, including there is tuna, quinoa, Galapagos coffee, as well as corn and honey prepared from cocoa, raising the name of Ecuador in this important European event.

With this, the traditional flavors of our country continue to be shown in the world together with modern techniques, innovation and striking presentations that attract and delight the palates of the diners who visit us.
