The Ministry of Public Security through the National Migration Service (SNM) and the Tourism Police Service of the National Police continue to provide security and support to tourists who continue to arrive in national territory, during the 2022-2023 cruise season.

The National Immigration Service provided passengers with a service on board, through the use of state-of-the-art technology; In the same way, a plan has been prepared in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security, and the security forces, that guarantees the security during the stay of these people in the country, and allows, through verification, that they do not have criminal problems.
This technology that is used with the service to tourists, through the "Cruise Service Operational Plan" allows work to be carried out online, making the immigration process agile, fast and safe.
For their part, the police units have the mission of guiding, protecting and providing security to nationals and tourists who visit the different tourist sites in the country. The Tourism Police has units prepared and trained in the English language to orient and guide all the people who arrive at the national ports and visit our country.
