Mexico's flag carrier takes advantage of Accelya's FLX Passenger platform to improve control of its sales channels

Leveraging the power of the FLX Passenger Platform, Aeroméxico now has the flexibility to create, differentiate and bundle its offers, in full alignment with IATA's New Distribution Capacity (NDC), across all channels.
Aeroméxico uses Accelya's NDC and offer creation solution for dynamic merchandising of ancillary products, as well as offer and order management across all direct and indirect channels. Points of sale include the airline's website, call center, airport kiosks, municipal ticket offices, and travel agencies.
To drive adoption of its NDC channel, Aeroméxico is leveraging Accelya's full suite of value-added offerings, including a mature third-party developer program and the market-leading SPRK sales and service interface. With 20% of the NDC API market based on Passengers Boarded, Accelya continues to enable customers to access the solutions they need.
