Florida Huddle is the official travel trade show of the Sunshine State, showcasing the best of Florida to national and international tour operators, wholesalers and the media with one-on-one appointments, educational sessions and networking. Florida partners that typically attend are CVBs, hotels, resorts, attractions, and theme parks.

Florida Encounter, one of the longest-running appointment trade shows in the MICE industry, will be held in conjunction with Florida Huddle 2024. Encounter features appointments between fully-housed, qualified planners with proven Florida businesses and Florida vendors.
