Among the promotional actions, his legacy measures intelligence and data initiatives, such as the Braztoa Yearbook and Newsletters, innovation such as the Hackathon Viagens, and development programs such as Benchmarking in Tourism and the Braztoa Academy of Excellence.

With the departure of Mónica Samia, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Roberto Haro Nedelciu, assumes the management of BRAZTOA and, as he has been doing since the beginning of his term, he will adopt a collaborative management model, sharing with the rest of the board members the conducting the activities of the entity, together with the management team. The transition process will be carried out gradually until the election of the new Board of Directors, scheduled for May of this year.
