Beginning March 1 through July 5, 2023, EPCOT will flourish with innovative topiaries, fresh flavors, and high-energy concerts for the whole family. For 127 days, guests will be able to explore lush gardens, enjoy sweet
and savory snacks with refreshing beverages, and shop for new collectible merchandise featuring Orange Bird, Snow White, and Figment. Starting at sundown, festival goers can celebrate with a vibrant light show on Spaceship Earth accompanied by fun, fresh music.

Enchanting Topiaries and Brilliant Flowers
Debuting this year, the Mirabel, Antonio, Isabela and Luisa topiaries from Disney Animation's Academy Award®-winning film, Encanto greet guests at EPCOT's main entrance. Each topiary features character-inspired details, including Isabela creating beautiful flowers between her hands and a light-up butterfly for Mirabel. A new topiary of Princess Tiana from the classic Walt Disney Animation Studios graces The American Adventure at World Showcase with a stunning ball gown and illuminated fireflies. In the France pavilion, the Lumiere and Din-Don topiaries return with innovative elements, including candles lit by Lumiere and a ticking clock for Din-Don.

More than 200,000 plants were added to the EPCOT gardens for the festival, including another 60,000 in flowerbeds that create the iconic floral designs that make up the World Celebration East & West Lakes. The Dragon topiary, located in the Japan pavilion, is made up of sun-loving succulents, adding pops of color to the nearly 7-meter-
long display. Because this year's festival will span two seasons, the plant displays will also evolve with the weather, creating true seasonal beauty and detail. Visitors who come during the spring and summer months will be able to see new plants as the seasons change.

Fresh Flavors at Outdoor Kitchens
With more than 15 outdoor kitchens located throughout the park, guests will be able to enjoy the freshest flavors as spring turns to summer, including more than 50 new foods and beverages. Citrus flavors abound at The Citrus Blossom, now located at Odyssey, and include Orange Sesame Tempura Shrimp with Orange-Chile Sauce; Citrus Baked Brie with lemon marmalade, limoncello macerated cranberries and spiced Marcona almonds; and a light lemon meringue pie. Close to Princess Tiana's residence, Magnolia Terrace, located in the American Adventure pavilion, presents a menu with a variety of
New Louisiana-inspired snacks and drinks, including the Muffuletta Panini with Ham, Salami, Bologna, Provolone and Swiss Cheese with Olive Salad; Crawfish Pie, Bananas Foster Bread Pudding and Bayou Cocktail, made with spiced Bayou rum, coconut rum, fruit punch and orange juice. The acclaimed Spicy Chicken Gumbo, featuring andouille sausage and returning BEN'S ORIGINALTM Long Grain & Wild Rice to round out the menu.

Showcasing the season's freshest flavors, EPCOT Farmers Feast near Test Track® presented by Chevrolet® will offer a rotating menu that will change three times throughout the festival and will feature the best local ingredients. Dishes to stand out include the Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, Candied Pecans and Parsnip on the Early Bloom menu; Grilled Swordfish with crushed fingerling potatoes, pea-mint puree, grilled asparagus and lemon white butter on the Springtime Menu; and the Sweet Corn Crème Brûlée with corn biscotti on the Summer Solstice Menu.
