HolidayCheck, the largest German hotel review portal, has awarded its annual "HolidayCheck Award" for the 18th consecutive year to those hotels that have received the best user ratings. A total of 19 RIU Hotels & Resorts hotels are among the winners of this award.
The distinction of a hotel with this award recognizes the commitment and effort of its human team to exceed the expectations of its customers with a quality product and attentive and professional service every day of the year, something that is later reflected in the numerous Positive comments. To award this prestigious award, hotels must have collected a minimum of 50 customer reviews during the year and have been recommended by at least 90% of their customers. In addition, the hotel must not have breached the HolidayCheck code of conduct.
