Hilton was named the best company to work for by Great Place to Work® in Argentina and Uruguay, ranking number 1 in both countries among the main companies with 251 to 1,000 employees in Argentina and 51 to 300 employees in Uruguay and represents the only company in the hospitality category on both lists. These awards highlight efforts to maintain an exceptional work culture. Martín He began his journey with Hilton as Technician B in the Maintenance area, to later have greater responsibilities as Technician A, until he became a supervisor. Today he also has the role of influencer, proposing initiatives not only for his sector, but also for the entire hotel.
