Connectivity of Ecuador with the world continues to increase

The National Government works hard to advance in the recovery of the sector

This month the operations of new routes that connect Ecuador with Colombia will increase. On March 26, Latam will add the new international route Guayaquil-Bogotá-Guayaquil, with seven weekly frequencies. For its part, Avianca will also operate from March 26 its direct flights with the route: Quito-Medellín-Quito with four weekly frequencies.

On the other hand, from April 7, the airline JetBlue will increase the frequencies of its Guayaquil-New York-Guayaquil route, going from seven to 14 weekly flights.

For the month of June, the start of operations of the Mexican airline Viva Air Bus with the Quito-Cancun-Quito route, Avianca with the Quito-New York-Quito route with five weekly frequencies and in the same month begins the new route Panama City-Manta-Panama City operated by Copa Airlines, additionally, approaches are being carried out to advance the operation of a direct route with Brazil.

The National Government works hard to continue improving international air connectivity, and advance the recovery of the sector.
