Iberia was positioned in January 2023 as the most punctual airline in the world, according to the ranking prepared by Cirium -formerly FlightStats-, the leading international consultancy in this type of measurement.
In January, 86.8% of Iberia's 13,327 flights arrived on time, which has allowed it to rank first in the punctuality ranking among Global Airlines. The companies with the highest number of Seat-Kilometers-Available in the market compete in this category. The measurement refers, specifically, to those companies that are among the 10% of the airlines with the most ASK in the world and that, in addition, operate in three regions of the planet.
