Upon completion of its second phase of renovation, it will invest an additional 150 million pesos (mdp) for the remodeling of some of its properties in Mexicali, Torreón, Nuevo Laredo, Veracruz, Pachuca, Saltillo and Acapulco, as well as new developments.
