The Golf de Cariló, the exclusive 18-hole course with more than 44 hectares of pure green, announced the construction of a first class hotel in its facilities. It is an international quality complex immersed in the golf course that will have 50 suites, 9 master suites, 12 villas, a meeting room, gym, spa, indoor and outdoor pool, cafeteria and restaurant. An innovative and very complete proposal both for those who visit Cariló and for golf-loving residents.

The complex will begin to be built in 2023 and will open in the summer of 2025. It will occupy a total area of 5,500 square meters and will have premium suites and junior suites. The suites will have 52 square meters and the master suites will have 100 square meters. In both cases, the rooms will delight their guests with a beautiful view of the Golf Course, one of the great attractions of the project. For their part, the villas will have 140 square meters, 1 or 2 bedrooms, and their own deck with an outdoor Jacuzzi and 70 meters of exclusive green space. This infrastructure will form part of the club's amenities and will function as its clubhouse for golfers who visit the course.

From the concept, the proposal is loaded with style and modern design in harmony with the natural environment.

Nelson Valimbri, president of Golf and main investor in the complex, assures "The project arose with the idea of enhancing the course and thus attracting more tourism to the town, we want to promote Argentina and Cariló as a receptive destination for golf" and added "The idea is that golfers who go to the course can stay at the hotel, and thus be an increasingly attractive option for the organization of national and international tournaments." Valimbri knows the world of hospitality and gastronomy well. He has been the owner of the Ville Saint Germain hotel, also located in Cariló, for more than a decade.

The project is in charge of the FLP architecture studios, by the architect Fernando López Pons, and BMA Arquitectos Asociados, by Martín Bodas, Rodolfo Miani and Alex Anger. The designer Diana Gradel and the architect Eliana Gradel are in charge of carrying out the interior design.

The innovative construction will coexist in harmony with the landscapes of the Cariló forest. The villas will be located with a distance of 70 meters around to prioritize the landscape and native trees provided by the nature of the spa.

“Once we have this space, we will start working with the Mar y Sierra Regional Federation to create a high-performance school of the Federation for future golfers. For young golfers who come from all over the region to become professional” Valimbri contributes.

In addition, the space is designed to add value to the local community. Four strategic tanks will be installed so that firefighters can resupply, if necessary, to put out fires that may occur in the area. “We are working on a fire plan because we know that the field, being in the center of Cariló, occupies a strategic place,” says Valimbri and concludes “We are working together with the local community and with the Municipality and Secretary of Tourism. Based on the project, we are going to cede almost 15,000 meters of land to the municipality so that they can build drains that can alleviate the water that collects in storms, as well as a space to make cisterns for Cariló's running water”.
