Taking the concept of privileged travel to new heights year after year and with the latest innovations in terms of inflight Internet access, Turkish Airlines continues to offer its passengers an enhanced in-flight Internet experience as communication has become a essential facet of life.
With flights to more countries than any other airline, Turkish Airlines will start offering free and unlimited messaging services to all passengers on international flights where internet access is available, with the slogan "Enjoy unlimited messaging" through apps. like WhatsApp, Messenger or iMessage, along with others.
On the new service, Turkish Airlines CEO Bilal Ekşi stated: “We are adding another innovative development to the countless improvements we have made for Türkiye's aviation sector as the national flag carrier. By combining our innovative approach with customer satisfaction, we ensure that our passengers can freely message their loved ones above the clouds, keeping in touch with them without limits.”
Since the unlimited messaging service is free for all Miles&Smiles member passengers, non-members can also take advantage of this service by completing the Miles&Smiles membership form available before or during the flight. In addition, Miles&Smiles Classic Plus, Elite and Elite Plus members will benefit from free upgraded Internet packages.
With the aim of providing its passengers with privileges that exceed their expectations at every stage of their journey, Turkish Airlines will launch this service first on its Turk Telekom Internet-enabled aircraft and then gradually on all Internet-enabled aircraft.
