During the IHG Hotels & Resorts Annual Convention of the Latin America and the Caribbean region held in Guadalajara Mexico, Luis Castillo was recognized as General Manager of Essentials Latin America and the Caribbean. The Holiday Inn Express Lima San Isidro hotel was also recognized as a Spirit of True Hospitality for being one of the hotels that has achieved the highest level of excellence in the region.
