Eight ski centers, destinations highly prepared to receive international tourism, a variety of proposals for family living and an excellent gastronomic offer with the quality of its wines as its flagship, among a wide range of possibilities, make Argentina an irresistible destination.
For these and many other reasons, the National Institute for Tourism Promotion (INPROTUR) joined a webinar organized by the Brazilian operator Orinter to train, with a special focus on the winter season, more than 140 agents from the neighboring country. The objective was to provide the best detailed information so that tourism professionals in Brazil -the main issuing market to our country- can generate the highest volume of sales to our destinations during the coming winter.
“Throughout our management, we have carried out endless actions in Brazil because we know that it is our main market and because we see that our growth has no ceiling. Getting closer to the Brazilian trade, transmitting our news, listening and assisting them is a task that we constantly do. For this reason, this webinar was very important and we appreciate the high participation", valued the Executive Secretary of INPROTUR, Ricardo Sosa.
The Orinter group was created in 1991 as representatives of tourism companies in southern Brazil and in 2008 it became a Tour Operator with its headquarters in Blumenau and subsidiaries in Curitiba and Porto Alegre. In 2015, it merged with the Mix-Operadora company and was renamed Orinter Tour & Travel. Currently, the company is present in more than 20 cities in Brazil with a focus on general leisure tourism, as well as weddings, MICE, cruises, exotic destinations, among others, serving more than 9 thousand own agencies and freelancers. .
The company is considered one of the best tour operators in Brazil due to its sales force through the travel agency channel. In 2019 -before the pandemic- the company transported 4,788 passengers to our country, while until September 2022, in full tourist reactivation, it transported 4,230.
