Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments, part of the Buenaventura Hotels Group, completed the total renovation of its facilities, which include the 233 rooms and suites, as well as its facilities with an amount that amounts to more than 40 million pesos.
In 2017, during a rebranding process, Buenaventura Grand adopted the name of Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments, emphasizing the offer of activities and experiences found in the hotel. These range from family activities including the little ones in the house, to nightly entertainment for those traveling as a couple or with friends. The hotel focuses on creating memorable moments.
The renovations of the hotel include the delivery of 233 rooms and suites where part of the improvements include furniture with a modern design, which is perfectly complemented by cushions and paintings in bright and harmonious colors; In addition, now the bathroom has details in "Fiorito de Puebla" marble, showers with rain effect and glass doors. Rooms feature modern amenities such as USB charging ports, minibars, and service desks.
Common areas such as the main pool, the towel and activities palapa, new umbrellas and lounge chairs in the pool area were also modernized, in addition to allocating part of the investment to change fiber optics to improve the quality of WIFI internet throughout the hotel. The Shakti SPA with its 3 massage cabins, jacuzzi and relaxation areas was also part of this renovation phase.
These actions concluded with the improvements in the Palmita Snack & Bar that added the snack bar; the Sunset restaurant and Frutas y Flores, adapting the consumption center with air conditioning, the Sky Bar, a completely new option for clients of higher categories (Deluxe Ocean View, Honeymoon Suite and Jr. Suite); new elevators for guests were also placed and the toilets in the lobby area were renovated, as well as improvements in the SPA.
In the rooms, the proximity plates stand out, warm lights that illuminate independent areas contributing to energy savings and that 80% of the rooms, including the rooms with sea views, have a balcony. In addition to the renovations in rooms and common areas, the hotel's lighting was modified, which was designed to develop a welcoming atmosphere, improving the experience during the guests' stay and contributing to the energy efficiency of the resort.
Part of the hotel's renovations include modifications that contribute to caring for the environment, the balcony doors and gates are made of PVC that reduces noise and have locking handles that keep the room cool, in addition to the installation of sensors of movement that activate the air conditioning when the guest is inside.
