How do you describe the situation in your country in terms of tourism?
I think we are seeing a good recovery after the pandemic, in terms of arrivals in comparison to 2022. And in terms of consumers we see that tourists are spending more. We have a lot to offer, tourist attractions, a rich culture with an interesting history, which is reflected in our colonial architecture and local cuisine.
What do you expect for the coming months and summer season?
We continue seeing people who want to travel and enjoy. The year started very strong and in the coming months we expect to continue seeing that and more.
In which source markets did you have more progress and why?
From the US Markets we have very strong performances better than 2019, and for Latin American Markets the top performer was Colombia, these two market performed strong in 2022 and continued with these trends. And we continue to open new markets, the UK market is an example, the connection with British Airways in March, and Colombia and LATAM are also very important for us. We are convinced that we are going to continue seeing growths and a full recovery for this year.
What about the connectivity?
We have conections with Copa to Panama and Avianca Airlines to Bogota, and flights with the lost cost airline WINGO to Mexico and also Colombia, and we continue in expansion with the services of WINGO. This airline represents opportunities to the Colombia markets and also Avianca to Bogota city. We will announcing soon new services, that will specially feats Argentinian markets, Brazilian and Chilean.
