Hilton expands its All-Inclusive portfolio with the signing of Zemi Miches Resort in the Dominican Republic

This resort, scheduled to open in 2024, will reinforce Hilton's All-Inclusive presence in the Caribbean and Latin America to 10 properties in the region

Hilton announced the signing of an operating agreement for the Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, the first all-inclusive property of the Curio Collection by Hilton brand in the Dominican Republic. With a privileged location north of Punta Cana, in the coastal town of Miches, the new 502-room All-Inclusive resort will welcome guests and travelers to an area renowned for its rich geography, its virgin beaches, its extensive mountainous landscapes and its exuberant natural environment. This complex is owned by Zemi Hotels & Resorts, SRL and will be operated by Hilton.

Scheduled to open in 2024 as Hilton's tenth all-inclusive hotel in the Caribbean and Latin America, Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort's signature, Curio Collection by Hilton, reinforces Hilton's plan to nearly triple its portfolio in the Dominican Republic in the next five years. Hilton currently welcomes guests at five destination hotels and has nine projects in various stages of development across the country.

The property is located less than 100 kilometers from the international airport of Punta Cana and on the first line of Esmeralda beach, in a stretch of 800 meters. The new hotel in Miches under the Curio Collection by Hilton brand will offer 502 rooms spread over six four-story buildings, 18 exclusive bungalows and includes 123 rooms on the ground floor with individual pools that are connected through a pool that allows guests swim to other areas of the complex.

Taking inspiration from the unique shapes of the coast, the hotel will present a minimalist design with the natural tones and textures that reflect the destination and the culture of the Dominican Republic. The four-story buildings blend harmoniously with their surroundings, incorporating neutral-colored wood and stone design, lush vegetation, soft interior tones, and boho-chic elegance from the furnishings to the artistic structures and décor.

Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton will participate in Hilton Honors , the award-winning guest loyalty program for Hilton's 19 world-class brands, and will offer guests a wide range of entertainment and services, including a nightclub , a kids' club and shops. Nine food and drink options will tempt palates with exceptional cuisine ranging from Asian, Taino, Italian and Seafood, to an all-day buffet, lobby bar, sports bar and much more. 

Committed to health and well-being, the beachfront complex will offer several pool options, a water park, and a state-of-the-art gym. The dedicated spa building will feature ten treatment rooms, a beauty salon, an indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and an outdoor terrace for yoga and meditation. 

The hotel will feature 15,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. 

In the Caribbean and Latin America, Hilton currently has a portfolio of more than 205 hotels welcoming travelers throughout the region, with approximately 110 hotels in various stages of design and construction.
