Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced plans for the 509-room Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres hotel, scheduled to open later this year, expanding to the Inclusive Collection in Mexico and reinforcing the Hyatt brand presence. . The new resort will thus join the Inclusive Collection, the world's largest portfolio of all-inclusive luxury resorts made up of ten different brands.
Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, which is scheduled to open at the end of 2023, is located on the coast of Costa Mujeres, just 20 kilometers north of Cancun. Located on a pristine white sand beach with access to the world's second largest barrier reef, guests can enjoy a wide variety of water sports and activities such as snorkeling, kite surfing, swimming with the whale shark, scuba diving and sport fishing.

After its opening, Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres will have 509 carefully designed suites and world-class amenities. Each suite will be decorated with local handmade art and furnished with organic materials, creating an authentic and captivating environment. Preferred Club rooms will offer an extra level of luxury, including swim-out suites, exclusive access to the Preferred Club Lounge, an oceanfront beach club, and a unique jungle-inspired pool surrounded by lush vegetation.
For those who are passionate about cooking, they will have nine dining options at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, including six gourmet à la carte restaurants, a buffet, a cafeteria, and a grill. In addition, unique culinary experiences have been designed such as kitchen tours to meet the chefs, cooking classes, tequila and wine tastings, and a French restaurant that features one of the largest wine selections in the destination. With Unlimited-Luxury®, guests will enjoy gourmet dining, unlimited drinks at seven bars and lounges ranging from swim-ups to an elegant music lounge, and a wide variety of daytime and nighttime entertainment options.
Guests will enjoy amenities like the state-of-the-art Secrets Spa by Pevonia® and nearly 1,000 square feet of meeting and event space. In addition, for dream weddings, the resort has ideal places for the ceremony and reception with capacity for 400 guests, including a tent next to the beach or a terrace with an infinity pool, among others.
