A total of 61 RIU hotels from 16 countries have been awarded: Germany (1) , Aruba (1), Cape Verde (4), United Arab Emirates (1) , Spain (21), United States (3), Ireland (1 ), Jamaica (5), Maldives (2), Morocco (5), Mexico (11), Panama (2), Portugal (1), Dominican Republic (1), Senegal (1) and Tanzania (1). In addition, four of these hotels have received the "Best of the Best" award,that identifies the best hotels that are among the 1% of the best listings on the digital platform.
This badge recognizes establishments that consistently obtain excellent reviews and manage to maintain a score of between 4 and 5 throughout the year. The digital platform uses a patented algorithm that assesses the quality, quantity and topicality of the reviews and opinions sent by users during a period of 12 months, as well as the popularity index of the destination. In this way, users can share their experiences and make an assessment of their stay, serving as a guide for future clients.
This distinction is recognition of the effort that RIU hotel staff make on a daily basis to offer good service, always focusing on achieving customer satisfaction.
