GM Hotels is a chain of hotels, where we are all different, we are all welcome. In this way, the Colombian hotel chain that operates its bh, bs, be and EK brands, presented its Inclusion Diversity program, which is formalized with affiliation to the Diversity Chamber of Commerce and which seeks to obtain the Friendly BIZ Certification. , which accredits companies as friendly spaces free of discrimination for the LGBT+ community.

For more than a decade, GM Hotels has been strengthening its sustainability policies, applying them progressively in the company. Now, with this chapter, it covers more pillars of the Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing Goals 5 - Gender Equality, 8 - Decent Work and 10 Reduction of Inequalities.

A diverse workplace includes not only other ethnicities, but also different ages, sexual orientations, social positions, and abilities.

With the above certainty, Pilar Morales, Director of Sustainability at GM Hotels, says that this affiliation is a great opportunity to meet, learn and contribute to the economic empowerment of diverse people. “The objective is to make our hotels inclusive and diverse places, with safe, reliable spaces for guests and employees, and generators of employment opportunities.

Through and with the help of this affiliation, the Chain seeks to consolidate its diversity and inclusion policies to achieve an environment of belonging, commitment, equity, expand its job offer to the diverse community, through the Chamber's employability bag.

We want to strengthen our actions to create greater job opportunities”, explained the executive.
