ITB Berlin opens for registrations in a new exhibitor portal

ITB Berlin 2024 exhibitors can register their booth at the world's leading travel trade fair, which will take place next year from March 5-7 at the Berlin fairgrounds. Parallel to the opening of registrations, ITB Berlin is also launching a new online portal that exhibitors can use to make all the preparations for their participation. Businesses that choose to pre-register for the new online portal before August 1, 2023 can also take advantage of favorable Early Bird rates.

“Following the successful return of ITB Berlin this year, we are pleased to give exhibitors the opportunity to register for 2024. Discussions with our customers have given clear signals that we can expect strong demand. That's why we recommend our customers to register early, so they can take advantage of Early Bird rates and secure the best spots in the halls,” said Deborah Rothe, exhibition director at ITB Berlin.

The new exhibitor portal is the first place to go to participate in ITB Berlin. In addition to reserving their own booth, main exhibitors can also register co-exhibitors and make service reservations for their participation in the fair. After booth registration, a confirmation message with additional details will be sent. After the deadline of September 1, 2023, the ITB team will plan the layout of the room and will submit suggestions for room allocations soon after. Immediately after accepting their assignment, ITB Berlin will send exhibitors an official order confirmation. The web store for all service orders is available from fall 2023.
