Hyatt Selects Sabre to Enhance Central Reservation System Capabilities

The goal of the association is to make the search and reservation process faster for guests

Hyatt hotels around the world will implement Sabre technology, leveraging its advanced connectivity and distribution in an effort to drive even more high-quality revenue for owners and get closer to guests.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced a new technology agreement between Hyatt affiliates and Sabre Corporation, a leading provider of software and technology powering the global travel industry. Under the agreement, Sabre's Central Reservation System (CSR), SynXis, will become the primary CRS for Hyatt hotels beginning in 2024. This integration will enhance Hyatt's reservation capabilities, streamline its operations, and deliver a seamless and efficient guest experience, including a faster search and booking process. The deal comes on the heels of Hyatt's announcement of Hyatt PrO to streamline its revenue management system. These innovations are made with the goal of enhancing Hyatt's business technology stack,

By leveraging the SynXis central reservation system, Hyatt's new system will be designed to make the guest search and reservation process even smoother, increasing visibility into property availability through:

Flexible Calendar Search: Guests searching for availability will have a more intuitive and efficient calendar view, including key dates when special promotions are available, as well as when World of Hyatt members can redeem their points for the highest value.
Enhanced room and rate view: Hotels will be able to quickly sync reservation changes, giving guests and colleagues access to new available rooms in real time. Hotels will also be able to share dynamic packages that will allow guests to individually customize aspects of their stay.

Efficient Booking – The platform is designed to simplify the booking process by unlocking the best rates for our guests through advance purchase rates and expediting processing for hotel colleagues.
