Costa Cruises launches Costa Voyages: a new way of experiencing long-term cruises

Costa Cruises presents Costa Voyages, a new cruise experience designed to explore extensive itineraries in a unique way, in which the experience of traveling to wonderful destinations is combined with the best of onboard dining and entertainment never seen before.

Beginning in September 2023, on a single 10-14 day cruise, guests will have the opportunity to embark on a voyage to exclusive destinations. The proposals include the Canary Islands, Turkey, between East and West, Egypt, the Azores, Israel,
Morocco, northern Europe, ranging from Normandy to Spain. While cruising these destinations, guests will have the opportunity to sample great dining experiences. Starting with 14 new desserts created in collaboration with master pastry chef Iginio Massari: a fusion of top quality ingredients and new technologies in the pastry industry.

In all the main restaurants of each cruise, guests will be able to choose, during three different dinners, a new exclusive menu included and devised by three world-renowned chefs: Bruno Barbieri, Hélène Darroze and Ángel León.

Costa Voyages will also offer the opportunity to toast with the captain during a memorable dinner. The Banquet Night Party will also await the guests on board, a buffet that is a work of art, accompanied by incredible ice sculptures carved by
master sculptors and a live DJ set.

Costa Voyages also provides great entertainment on board. The Rolling Stone, a point of reference for music in the world, will come aboard Costa ships to present an exclusive musical show. For its part, Canon, the Japanese brand that represents excellence in photography and technological innovation, will allow guests to participate in educational sessions where they will learn how to capture unforgettable memories of their vacations.

Costa Voyages will also have the collaboration of the Italian Bridge Federation, which will offer total immersion in the world of card games. Skilled guests will have the opportunity to compete in a tournament, while beginners
will have workshops.

For lovers of glamour, Costa Voyages will offer three elegant evenings on board. The first is a gala night. The second is Fashion Night, a fashion show in which the guests will be the stars, competing on the red carpet of the Grand Bar in a
battle of style, followed by a DJ set. The third is Glamor Night, a dance competition.

In addition, Costa Voyages will organize games inspired by the 60s and 90s, such as “Double Interview” for couples, “Musichiere” and “C-Music” with musical contests, challenges and auctions. Finally, guests will have the opportunity to experience the excitement of a guided tour, discovering the behind-the-scenes areas of the ship, including the galleys, bridge, crew bar and other spaces.

Costa Voyages cruises are available from September to November 2023, from April to June 2024, and from September to November 2024, aboard six ships in the fleet: Costa Favolosa, Costa Fortuna, Costa Firenze, Costa Fascinosa, Costa Pacifica and Costa
Diadema.

In 2023 aboard the Costa Pacifica, and in 2024 aboard the Costa Fortuna, guests will have the opportunity to explore Egypt and the Holy Land.

Morocco will be present in 2023 with Costa Favolosa and in 2024 with both Costa Favolosa and Costa Fortuna. Between souks and medinas, Casablanca will offer two new excursions that will allow guests to immerse themselves in Moroccan traditions.

For nature lovers, there is nothing better than the Canary Islands, available in Costa Firenze and Costa Fortuna in 2023, and Costa Diadema in 2024. Among the excursions, a must is hiking in Lanzarote, exploring impressive expanses of solidified lava and Volcanic cones of vibrant colors in the Timanfaya National Park.

Portugal will be offered by Costa Firenze, Costa Fortuna, Costa Favolosa and Costa Fascinosa in 2023, in addition to Costa Diadema in 2024. The trips include, among other things, an exploration of the unique customs of Madeira.

Turkey will be the destination of the Costa Fortuna in both 2023 and 2024. Guests will have the opportunity to get to know Istanbul from four perspectives: on foot, by tram, by metro and by boat, immersing themselves in the culture and daily life of the city. Costa Firenze, Costa Fascinosa, Costa Diadema and Costa Favolosa will offer a wide selection of cruises that combine Northern and Southern Europe in a unique holiday, visiting charming destinations such as Copenhagen, Le Havre, from where guests will travel to explore Normandy and Mount Saint-Michel, the picturesque island declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, Cádiz, La Coruña, from where it will be possible to reach Santiago de Compostela, and Lisbon.

The Costa Fortuna will also sail to discover the best of the Balearic Islands and the Greek Islands, from the most famous to the least known. Outstanding excursions include a boat trip to the Blue Caves of Zante, a visit to the labyrinthine Palace of Knossos
in Crete, and a bicycle tour of Palma de Mallorca.
