This Wednesday, August 9, SKY was recognized as the best evaluated airline in terms of customer satisfaction in Chile. The award was given by Procalidad, after collecting the opinion of more than 55,000 consumers in the country, who evaluated more than 150 brands.
As part of this process, SKY was evaluated in the National Customer Satisfaction Index (INSC), obtaining first place in the Airlines sector of the National Customer Satisfaction Award, PROCALIDAD 2023. "We are happy, this recognition is particularly
special for us, since it reflects the hard work we have been doing to achieve a better experience for our passengers, who do not need to choose between convenient prices and a world-class service in the newest fleet in the region," said José Ignacio Dougnac.
The executive highlighted that SKY has been striving to make travel experiences simpler and more satisfying, implementing technology solutions to lighten process times and give passengers more autonomy.
He also pointed out important achievements in terms of punctuality and safety.
“Currently we are the only “low-cost” in Chile and one of the few in the region with the IOSA international certification, an IATA security standard; We are also among the 15 most punctual airlines in the world, according to OAG data”.
Finally, he added that, in line with its regionalization strategy, the company continues to grow its network of destinations, allowing more Chileans to travel through the region with low cost fares and in the newest fleet in the Americas.
