RIU Hotels & Resorts completely renews and modernizes its RIU Class loyalty program, with new benefits and exclusive advantages, in order to reward its most loyal customers and adapt to the habits and interests of travelers from all over the world, as well as to the new technologies.
To the group of members who have been part of this community since its foundation in 1997, thousands of new followers are added every year from all over the world. Fruit of the successful international expansion and diversification of the hotel chain and above all thanks to its hotel employees, who, with their service and care for their customers, turn a customer into a repeat customer and pave the way to becoming a RIU member Class.

With the new programme, it will be easier for RIU Class members to accumulate and redeem points, in its different Classic, Gold and Diamond categories.
The new program has been created with the aim of providing more flexibility, being more transparent and generous in obtaining and redeeming points.
Now members will accumulate points, which can be redeemed without a minimum requirement from the first point if they wish.
The new benefits include access to the exclusive Elite Club and access to a "room upgrade" during your stay, always subject to hotel availability, for members of the RIU Class Gold category and guaranteed for clients of the RIU category Class Diamond.
Following the same philosophy that has characterized it since its launch in 1997, the new RIU Class presents an innovative web page that favors customer navigation by presenting all the functionalities in a friendlier and more intuitive way.
