The Air Europa pilots' collective has ratified the agreement recently reached between the company and the SEPLA union representatives for the signing of the 5th Collective Bargaining Agreement. This step, which will soon allow the registration and publication of the agreement for its forthcoming entry into force, represents the achievement of labour peace with all groups of professionals of the company, following the recent ratification of the agreement for the cabin crew members, which took place last Monday.
Once the latest agreements have been approved, Air Europa finalizes the social negotiation processes with all the company's proffesional groups.
The new scenario that now opens up will allow Air Europa to fully guarantee the implementation of the 2023-2025 Strategic Plan, approved this year, which establishes the objectives and fundamental lines of action to promote the solid process of growth and expansion in which Air Europa is currently involved. With this, the airline consolidates the recovery of its activity and makes its position in the hub of Madrid-Barajas airport even stronger through its commitment to customer service.
