IBTM Americas, on its first day, featured various panels of experts referring to various topics that are on the agenda of the meetings and business tourism sector.
The exchange about sustainability was led by Alejandra González Director of ES Eventos Sustentables, expert in sustainable actions for prominent brands; Leticia Rosas, Founder of Tu Tierra, passionate about hospitality and sustainable development; and Humberto Juárez Mora, Cybernetics and Computer Systems Engineer, leader in technology for events, who informed the participants of the different effective metrics to evaluate the environmental impact of transportation, energy use, waste separation, among other important topics.
There was also entertainment, because Gabriel Pérez, co-founder of Sensea Immersive and Crossmedia Canada, who has more than 20 years of experience in the sector, held his conference in the afternoon as part of the Event Design Conference on the Encore Stage.
Centro Citibanamex, located in Mexico City, is the headquarters for this IBTM Americas, where up to 70 tourist destinations on the American continent participate, and in addition, around 600 international buyers and more than 1,000 exhibitors attend, with the opportunity to impact and make connection bridges. with approximately 4 thousand experts who meet at the Fair.
