The next edition of COTTM based in Beijing is approaching
The China Travel and Tourism Market (COTTM) is the event of choice for organizations and countries that wish to develop their businesses in the Chinese outbound market
Firmly established in the market for 18 years, the next edition of COTTM will take place from November 15 to 17, 2023 in Beijing, home to the largest concentration of Chinese outbound tour operators in the country.
With 155 million Chinese traveling abroad before the pandemic, it is vital that international destinations and travel product suppliers participate in COTTM to meet face-to-face with the Chinese travel trade and build relationships in what will be the largest outbound tourism market the world.
In recent years, more than 450 exhibitors from 70 destinations, including national overseas tourism boards, embassies, and destination resource providers, have participated in COTTM and we have welcomed a visitor audience of more than 5,000 tour operators from all over China.
In addition to the exhibition, a 3-day program of free-to-attend seminars and workshops is held, catering for both visitors and exhibitors. All sessions are held in both Chinese and English, bringing together experts from the private, public and academic sectors. This year's conference program will explore Chinese travelers, their new needs, expectations and preferences when traveling abroad.
