Flybondi arrives on the Argentine coast: it will begin flying to Mar del Plata from January 1

Flybondi, Argentina's first low-cost airline, announces that starting January 1, 2024 it will connect Buenos Aires with the city of Mar del Plata. This summer route strengthens the airline's connectivity offer, which already has 18 national and 3 international destinations.

The connection between Buenos Aires and the city of Mar del Plata will have a frequency of 4 weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, leaving the city of Buenos Aires at 11:00 p.m. and from Mar del Plata departing at 12:20 a.m. Tickets are now on sale on the website and there is a promotional rate starting at $9,499 (final price per section).  

“For years they have asked us to fly to Mar del Plata and since we listened to our passengers, this summer we fulfilled the request. Flybondi offers one more connectivity option for the thousands of travelers who choose La Feliz,” commented Mauricio Sana, CEO of Flybondi. He then added: “Adding a national destination, in this case number 18, is always a cause for celebration because it means more freedom to fly.”

In recent weeks, the low cost airline added three aircraft and already has a fleet of 15, making it one of the airlines that has grown the most in Argentina in the last 20 years and in Latin America in the last 2 years. The incorporation of aircraft allows it to enhance its offer in current destinations and begin flying to new routes and destinations in the medium term. 

Flybondi flies to 18 national destinations and 3 international destinations, through 24 routes (17 domestic to and from Buenos Aires, 4 interprovincial and 3 international).

Thanks to the freedom to fly, its founding purpose, more than 9,000,000 passengers have already traveled on the low cost airline and 20% of the airline's passengers are people who flew for the first time in their lives.
