A corner of elegance is hidden in the heart of the city.

Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center invites you to have a culinary experience at Buono Italian Kitchen, where luxury is combined with the flavors of a Modern Trattoria in Buenos Aires.

Buono's new menu is a culinary journey that celebrates the rich history of Buenos Aires and offers a range of flavors that combine tradition and modernity. From the irresistible pizzas, focaccias and fainás to the pastas, meats and fish, each dish is a masterpiece of Italian-Argentine cuisine.

The standout starters at the Trattoria are the carpaccio di salmone (salmon marinated in dill and citrus) and the grilled sweetbreads with creamy sweet squash, lemon air and pickled red onion. For the main dishes, Chef Jorge Véliz's recommendation is chicken and thyme tortellini with white wine cream, artichokes and hazelnut praline and mushroom risotto (dried pine and candied portobellos with blue cheese cream and fresh oregano).

The seasonal desserts created by the team led by Matias Lorenzo, Executive Chef of the Hotel and Marcos Gomez Executive Sous Chef are one of the restaurant's strong points, so it is irresistible to leave without trying one of them: the chocolate spumone with heart of caramelized bananas and creme anglaise and the classic Italian tiramisu.
