For the first time in its history, Hilton was named the best company to work for in the world, ranking No. 1 on Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work's global list of Best Workplaces. This recognition is the culmination of having been recognized on the “Best Places in the World” list on eight consecutive occasions and also represents the first time that a company in the hospitality industry has been recognized with the highest honor in this program. world class.

In the Caribbean and Latin America, Hilton stood out as the best company to work for in Argentina, Peru, Uruguay and the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, ranking No. 1 in each country in 2023.
