Fluxà has extensive experience on the subject, since since 2018 she has held the position of Vice President and Director of Sustainability of the Iberostar Group, in which she has defended sustainability initiatives and promoted the company's commitment to responsible tourism.
Furthermore, in her capacity as President of the Iberostar Foundation, she has also demonstrated a dedication to environmental and social causes. Fluxà replaces the co-founder and President of Intrepid Group, Darrell Wade, who took the reins of the Sustainability Committee in 2020.
