The Minister of Tourism, Angie Duarte, and the Executive Secretary of Sedeco, Sara Irún, participated in the meeting.
The occasion was favorable to evaluate the reason for the complaints from the tourism sector, the need to renew the inter-institutional agreement, and the implementation of information and promotion campaigns. In addition, they discussed training for tourist consumers, the need to have greater access to information at key points for the formalization of complaints.
