Fully digital tickets for visitors interested only in virtual events at ITB Berlin 2024 are available for 35 euros. Disabled ticket holders who officially require an attendant can obtain a free ticket for that person by presenting a valid disability card at one of the information desks. ITBxplore complementary digital platform offers attractive benefits
ITBxplore is the virtual companion to ITB Berlin's live events and offers visitors a variety of benefits both on the web and in the app. Exhibitors can create their ITBxplore profiles and start attracting attention in the days leading up to the official opening of the world's leading travel trade show. All visitors can use ITBxplore as a search engine and appointment calendar, as well as take advantage of the full exhibitor list, networking features, an interactive floor map and a detailed description of the daily program, including Convention events.
The platform also allows users to follow live streams of select events and schedule meetings during the show. Finally, ITBxplore also serves as a networking platform, bringing together exhibitors and visitors. This paves the way for the exchange of valuable knowledge and experiences.
Give exhibitors flexibility
ITB Berlin also offers a wide range of attractive meeting room options for exhibitors and co-exhibitors to book. Meeting Cubes, which can be reserved by the hour, are an innovative new option for holding brief confidential talks in small groups. Reservations open in mid-December.
The proven ITB Business Satellites are based on a similar concept. Exhibitors and professional visitors can easily reserve meeting tables for up to four people for a fee of 75 euros per hour online via smartphone before or during the event. The tables are distributed in different places in the venue: in pavilion 3.1, in hub27, in pavilion 8.2 and in pavilion 18. New: for an additional 14 euros you can order a soft drink or a hot drink of your choice for the participants. ITB Berlin's catering service available directly at the Business Satellite can accept additional drink orders. The table reservation platform will be online in mid-December.
You will also find numerous well-equipped halls on the exhibition grounds and in the neighboring halls of CityCube Berlin and hub27. They can accommodate larger event formats, such as press conferences, presentations or workshops. More information is available on the ITB Berlin website under Exhibitor Events.
