Sercotel has opened Godere, a restaurant with a proposal of Mediterranean cuisine with an Italian essence located in the Sercotel Pozuelo hotel. This opening gives new impetus to the restaurant project that the hotel chain has launched this year, and which plans to create between 2 and 5 restaurant establishments during 2024.
Godere joins the recent openings of the La Ribera Sitges restaurant, located in the Sercotel Kalma Sitges, and ArteSano, a cafeteria with its own workshop and visible to customers located in the lobby of the Sercotel Rosaleda Málaga, which Sercotel has created, in collaboration with Granier, a leading chain of bakeries and pastry shops.
“The development of this new line of business is one more step in our transformation strategy as a company. The objective is for this project to continue growing steadily and allow us to double the income obtained through restoration in 3 years until reaching 50 million euros in 2026,” declares José Rodríguez, CEO of Sercotel.
