St. Regis Restaurant presents its proposal for the New Year's celebration, designed by the prestigious Chef Matías Lorenzo. This exclusive event promises an unparalleled gastronomic experience and a night full of luxury and distinction.

During the last dinner of 2023, diners will enjoy a welcome drink followed by an exquisite buffet menu that includes a variety of pickles, select cheeses, fresh seafood, turkey, suckling pig and a selection of typical Christmas dishes and hot options for please all palates. The culinary experience will be paired with wines from the renowned Rutini Wines Winery, which will add sophistication to the celebration.

To conclude the evening, guests will be able to delight in the distinguished sweets table, characterized by jams, nougat and traditional panettone. When midnight arrives, a dozen grapes will be available for people who choose to comply with the custom of saying goodbye to the year and receiving a new one with good luck.

The celebration will be accompanied by live music, specially designed to liven up the experience. The atmosphere will be completed with floral arrangements on the tables and on the buffet, creating a festive and elegant environment.
