Looking ahead to the beginning of summer, Huma Rooftop Bar & Lounge at The Grand Hotel opens its doors to a new season that will be marked by a great novelty. In order to guarantee a high-level culinary experience, this iconic high-rise bar incorporated chef Facundo Lodeiro, capable of satisfying the most demanding palates.

The proposal of the renowned chef seeks to highlight the gastronomy of Esteña and establishes an irresistible dialogue with international flavors, emphasizing the use of fresh products from the region and premium quality raw materials. In addition, his innovative menu includes options suitable for celiacs. 

In this way, those who attend Huma Rooftop Bar & Lounge will also be able to enjoy its exclusive space dedicated to sushi, which stands out for the Omakase experience led by the prestigious Danny Sadi, immersing diners in a journey of authentic Japanese flavors.

The bar is crowned with a privileged location at Stop 10 of Brava Beach, being the only rooftop in Punta del Este, which allows visitors to find unparalleled panoramic views of both the beach and the city skyline, ideal for appreciate the classic sunsets and vibrant summer nights.

The avant-garde design of Huma, with capacity for 200 people, is the result of the work of the Pure Gray studio of New York, the architect Marcelo Daglio, in collaboration with the architectural consultant Michael Kirschman and the architect Lucas Gashu as interior designer. This sophisticated design recalls the aesthetics of a ship anchored on land, reflecting a strong and exclusive brand identity.

The complex also provides a multifunctional space -The Grand Center- of 650 square meters for holding events with views of the gardens and the ocean, creating ideal environments for any type of meeting.
