Shiji, the global innovator in hospitality technology, and OpenTable, the world's leading provider of online restaurant reservations and diner reviews, have partnered to bring more valuable insights to Shiji customers using Infrasys Cloud Point. Of Sale (“POS”). This partnership brings together two of the best technology solutions in the industry, allowing Shiji restaurants to better understand and serve their customers. With this integration, restaurants can offer exceptional dining experiences, create diner profiles, and encourage guest feedback.  

The integration will provide valuable insights into diner habits, allowing restaurants to better understand, market and provide hospitality to their guests. This partnership will also give Infrasys Cloud POS customers exclusive access to OpenTable app users and distribution channels, supporting their efforts to attract more diners to their restaurants.
