Marriott International promotes high-growth markets in Mexico with Aimbridge Hospitality

Marriott International today announced expansion in very important markets in Mexico with the signing of three agreements to bring the Aloft Hotels and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts brands to Guadalajara, as well as Delta Hotels & Resorts to Puebla. With these agreements, the company reinforces its commitment to strategic expansion in high-growth markets, which continue to boom for local and international tourism. The properties, which are currently operating and undergoing conversion, will be opening under the Marriott International brands in 2024.

Located in the financial area of ​​Providencia, near mixed developments, restaurants, and entertainment centers, Aloft Guadalajara Country Club will add to the current portfolio of six Aloft Hotels properties in the country, and will be the brand's second property in Guadalajara. The hotel has 142 rooms, as well as a restaurant and bar, and multiple options for groups and business travelers with an events room and various meeting spaces. Guadalajara will also welcome the first Sheraton Hotels & Resorts brand hotel in the destination, and fourth in Mexico, with Sheraton Guadalajara Expo, which has 216 rooms and is ideal for travelers seeking the brand's modern sophistication and a Privileged location for business or leisure stays due to its proximity to Expo Guadalajara, one of the most important convention centers in the country. As part of the company's expansion plans, it will also welcome Delta Hotels & Resorts' second property in Mexico with Delta Hotels Puebla Mexico.
